Clinic Manager | Full-time

 

Job Description/Requirements:

Stephens, a global clinical research firm based in Dallas, Texas, and a leader in the field of clinical testing, has an opening for Clinic Manager for its Richardson (northeast Dallas) testing facility. The successful candidate will join a growing organization that has developed a reputation for excellence in clinical research. 

We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Science with a minimum of 5 years work experience, supervisory/leader experience (preferably in a multi-faceted environment), strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated multi-tasking skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and knowledge of GCP/GLP guidelines and Federal Regulations related to the conduct of clinical trials. NIH training and CCRC/CCRA certification a strong plus.

As a clinic manager your responsibilities will included but not limited to training, mentoring and career development of clinical staff; understanding requirements for all studies and communicating same to all personnel/departments involved in the study; interacting with clients and internal departments on multiple facets of and progress on each study/project; and working with the recruiting coordinator to ensure study panelists meet protocol requirements.  Additionally the clinic manager is responsible for managing the daily operation of the clinic and study conduct; being on site while studies are in process; keeping clients and management informed as to the status of studies including AE reporting; reviewing and approving documents related to each study; assisting with regulatory filings and approvals; and hosting clients.

Biostatistician | Full-time

As a biostatistician, you will provide statistical support in the clinical research, including monitoring / managing data, executing the statistical analysis and providing statistical reports.

Major Duties may include some or all of the following: 

Review protocol drafts, develop statistical analysis plan according to the study design, and calculate sample size/statistical power; Manage the project data; Provide statistical analysis; Assist with quality assurance procedures for on-going data collection and management; Review study reports including statistical methods, results and conclusion sections. Validate SAS programs Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the clinical research; Maintain study scheduling program; Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

A Bachelor or Masters’ Degree in Statistics or Biostatistics or Mathematics; Applicants must have a background in SAS; Experience with SQL or R is a plus but not required; Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.; Eligibility to work in the United States without additional working VISA support
